Mike DePaulo | VP/Partner

Mike attribute’s his current successes in recruiting due to utilizing past industry experiences and perspectives to help solve clients problems. Prior to executive recruitment, Mike has over 8 years of managing/operations knowledge within fortune 100 companies. Having P&L statement ownership responsibilities of the business unit encouraged Mike to focus on value-added activities, good inputs lead to good outputs. Mike has received his BS in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and is passionate about learning. He has also received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Cleveland State and People Analytics Certification from the University of Pennsylvania. Mike prides himself on creating a transparent recruiting process for both clients and candidates. He has developed a large network through his daily work, volunteering, and alumni connections and strive to be 1 degree of separation from connecting talent with opportunity.

Adam Bickel | VP/Partner

Adam has specialized in talent acquisition since 2011. He built and led a team with a third party firm that served a diverse group of clientele, transitioned multiple careers, and exceeded many internal goals. After graduating from Cleveland State University (BS in Marketing), Adam began his career in Accounting with General Electric where he spent 8 years. He has extensive passion for finance and accounting and has built an incredible network of professionals. Adam’s network is especially large in the Midwest United States but has national reach.
