All Pro Recruiting, LLC was established in 2019 to provide companies with a cohesive solution for recruiting needs. Our team first mentality and understanding of clients’ goals allows us to propel their success now and in the future. Through strategic consulting our mission is to fill both permanent and contract placements with qualified candidates.
Adam has specialized in talent acquisition since 2011. He built and led a team with a third-party firm that served a diverse group of clientele, transitioned multiple careers, and exceeded many internal goals. After graduating from Cleveland State University (BS in Marketing), Adam began his career in Accounting with General Electric where he spent 8 years. Having the hands on corporate organizational experience has helped him succeed in learning about clients’ cultural needs. Adam’s network is especially large in the Midwest United States but has national reach.
In addition to corporate recruiting, Adam values community outreach and is apart of multiple foundations. He currently serves as the Founder/President of the Professional Gridiron Group (a professional non-profit networking group that supports youth football) , is an active member of The Steak Club (a Cleveland based non-profit focusing on food insecurity), and is a board member of the Mike Frantz Foundation (scholarship program for graduating high school seniors). Adam also has over 20 years of football coaching experience and is currently a youth mentor in Painesville.

Brian brings 7+ years of professional recruiting experience to the team in both permanent and contract placement. He started learning the business at the very beginning of his career in a family-owned recruiting and staffing firm where he learned everything from qualifying candidates, understanding the manufacturing industry, and how to lead a team. In 2020, he opened his own staffing and recruiting firm where he continued to work with clients in the manufacturing industry, and in 2024 All Pro Recruiting was fortunate to merge with him. Brian grew up all around Lake County, graduated from Ohio University, has a border collie named Goose, and plans to get married this fall.
Since joining All Pro Recruiting in 2024, Brian is focused on advancing his professional career with the APR team, with the right attitude, eagerness, and integrity for his clients and candidates he places.
