Our client, located in Hudson is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Production Department who prides themselves on their organizational, people, and problem-solving skills. This position needs to be filled by someone with those key skills and not necessarily someone with a background in video production or photography. This person will be integral in building out, updating, and maintaining the team’s project calendar. The Project Coordinator will report to our Production Manager daily to ensure the project calendar is always accurate in our fast-paced industry. The Project Coordinator will also work with our team of Producers to ensure all projects are on-track and following the correct process and procedures.
Work with the Production Manager and Creative Director to build out projects in TeamWork.
Work with the Production Manager to organize information and assets necessary for project execution.
Work with the Production Team to ensure all projects are on track.
Have the foresight to see any potential issues with task due-dates and have a complete understanding of department bandwidth.
Organize and maintain project documents.
Make sure all members of the team are following project processes in TeamWork.
Communicate with Project Mangers from other departments when necessary.
1-2 years of relevant experience in a field that required a similar skillset.
Ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail.
Strong time management and organization skills to maintain the departments workflow and schedule.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations.
