Job Description:

 

Our client is a professional service firms that work with other professional service firms, corporations, and private business. They have over 30+ years of business and use multiple marketing channels to market. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

 

  • Coordination and attendance at trade shows
  • Designing and coordinating direct mail and Digital campaigns.
  • Supporting direct sales with responses from mailings.
  • Maintaining and upgrading the existing website.
  • Author and help publish a 2x monthly electronic newsletter
  • Electronic Marketing
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Maintaining a digital library of photographs and other media
  • Developing corporate presentations

 

Requirements
The Marketing Coordinator  must be a motivated individual who has proven organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in order to develop and maintain productive internal and client relationships. The candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • College degree from an accredited college.
  • Experience in a marketing role.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to do minor travel to trade show and meetings
