About the job

Our client is in the professional service industry, typically retained by insurance companies and legal firms to assist in determining failures of products or losses. With six offices nationwide and over 34 years of experience.

Ideal candidates should have the following credentials:

· Education background in the area of Human Resources

· At least 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field

· Background in managing the following Disciplines

· Recruitment – Working with Recruiters and direct recruiting

· Hiring – Backgrounds checks and application processes

· Benefits – Managing and enrollment for

· Medical

· Dental

· 401K

· Short/Long Term Disability

· Workmen’s compensation

· Payroll

· Termination and separation processes

· Maintaining an internal website for HR Functions

· Presenting webinars and information session on HR Policies

Location: Shelton, CT

In office with flexibility

Salary range: $70K-$90K

The ideal candidate must also be willing to occasionally travel to office locations for minimal travel.
